No, back then everything was very different. People who speak those languages now can probably understand it a bit, atleast I can, but it would still probably be impossible and very stupid to do. i do. I always liked it when a game or movie takes the extra time to speak in another language instead of just English with a british accent. Like Sleeping Dogs, it was pretty cool hearing Cantonese instead of Mandarin when it's set in Hong Kong
