Anyone else got cash tied up in property they wish they could put into crypto?
I have about $120,000 (max) in equity in some rentals that earn me about $20,000 per year in rent.
I feel like crypto could do better than that, even just holding btc. And I'm also BORED of the venture. I got them a few years ago and renovated them. Not that fun any more.
Anyone dumped property lately? It's a difficult time to do so, not many people buying.
I wouldn't even think of dumping something that earning me the equivalent of an $11/hr job gross. I'm dead serious, in these times that would be really fucking stupid. People will always need somewhere to live. People will not always need to hire you. Put up with that shit for a few more years then re-evaluate.

Can't you remortgage any of the property and free up some cash for Linkies?
Henry Ross
You can get the income from both. Take out a mortgage on the property, put it all into Chainlink/Ether, then use it all on Aave as collateral to make your mortgage payments. Make sure all your borrows are in USDT, just in case Tether crashes.

I have a couple of £50k flats that get me £500pm, government pays the tenant's rent as Housing Benefit.
It is beyond comfy and I wouldn't even think of ditching them for something as speculative as crypto.

Bored? Haha. Well mate in case you get in crypto, be sure to gamble a small portion of it on a casino such as play.earnbet.io as it is decentralized and may make you a quick buck just in case your other investments don't work out. I gambled $100, lost $80 but then got a 8.8 time on the $20 so I'm in profits now haha. also, if u make a decent sized multiple on your bet and deposit minimum $100, you'll get a $50 bonus that is withdrawable.

They are both already mortgaged. I can not borrow more.
>have a couple of £50k flats that get me £500pm
That's pretty good, what part of bong are they in? That's cheap as fuck. Where I live 50k won't buy you a cardboard box.

>already mortgaged That's a shame, but as long as you keep good tenants you're clear. Don't worry so much about opportunity cost, and just focus on what you have already.
Asher Sullivan
Jeez. Must be in Bradford or Hull or somewhere. £50k buys sod all most places.

You have $120k in proprerties that net you $20k a year? How is that even possible, what can you buy with 120k that can give 16%/year?
