Should buy it? It's near Grand Place. The location is great for doing Airbnb or I can always rent it easily annualy. Probably I can get around 1500 euro if I do Airbnb which is fine for 140k investment. Isn't?

Your timing is uhh....not good. I found brussels oddly decent when I was there, where's the shithole area(s)?
It's in the suburbs Molenbeek and Schaarbeek for example where all the muslims/niggers live
32 Square metres is tiny ... don't get much for your money in Belgium
>I found brussels oddly decent when I was there
Where did you go?
>where's the shithole area(s)?
Pretty much everywhere, except very specific touristy areas.
looks like a total shithole to be honest dude. reminds me of my first apartment when i moved to europe
it's a decent apartment in the central brussells. it's little bit small maybe.
i just have a visceral hatred for that architecture style. like trying to make the building quirky and cool while you live like cockroaches stacked on top of one another. why does europe have so many buildings like this
timing isnt bad for buying RE imo if he’s not bothered about renting it straight away, all the overleveraged Airbnb owners are running out of money and need to luquidate some stuff and so prices in my country have been going down for the last 2 months now
Depends how much capital you have; I would try and get something bigger.
