it's a decent apartment in the central brussells. it's little bit small maybe.
i just have a visceral hatred for that architecture style. like trying to make the building quirky and cool while you live like cockroaches stacked on top of one another. why does europe have so many buildings like this
timing isnt bad for buying RE imo if he’s not bothered about renting it straight away, all the overleveraged Airbnb owners are running out of money and need to luquidate some stuff and so prices in my country have been going down for the last 2 months now

you can deff rent it out on Airbnb or just normal rent out, you will not get 1500/month though on just normal rent! but even 800-1000€ is decent for a 140k Investment. Location is great

they send over some guys to completely renovate the appartments free of charge
rent the appartments out to fictional tennants
drug king pins pay you 2000 in rent every month per appartment (payed for with drug money)
you keep 500, they collect 1500 of the now white washed money back

it's cheap af comparing to other european cities. this is not a american cardboard home in the middle of nowhere. if you know brussels, this apartment in the center of the city center, near historical buildings. even 500 years later people will want to visit that neighborhood.
