Not him but started with p3, current favorite smt is IVA. Dont get me wrong, I fucking hate the characters and Im glad that Massacre exists, but the gameplay is just really good to me. I also havent played too much smt yet so next Im trying either SH or Nocturne.

The game is very hard and unforgiving at the beginning. It can be pretty frustrating before you get a few levels and some decent demons. You should give it a chance until you get past the burning forest at least, because by then you have enough tools at your disposal to feel more in charge

In IVA they were legitimate dead weight, in 3 they were actually useful so if they were annoying at least they didnt harm me by existing near me. Played P3P because I couldnt emulate ps2 at the time, and I still went male mc is that changes anything
