Rhythm RPG.
Instead of party members, you have band members.
Drummer is your Tank, singer and/or lead instrument is your Attack, support/rhythm section (e.g. acoustic guitar, piano, backing vocals) is your Healer.

Open world fishing game

in the full pic you can see falkor raping Atreyu as bastian watches, who seemingly struck some sort of deal with the dragon
the artist is fuchur which is apparently the german name for falkor which might imply this was his first drawing online

>ARPG where you play a max level edge lord. You level down as fast as you would normally level up, become less edgy depending on level, dialogue options, and party members recruited

rapelay 2

Alpha Protocol, but set in the '80s. You can send the Cold War completely off the rails by playing both sides to realign the world order however you want, or choose a side. Revamp the gameplay to be not-shit, but keep the ambition of the narrative branching and consequences of both your actions and relationships. Make an actual nemesis too; Thorton was meant to have a real rivalry with Darcy but never got it, so give the protagonist a rival counterpart who sabotages missions you don't do early enough, influences/manipulates your contacts and informants, etc., with a few face-to-face chats throughout the game (like the one with Marburg in Italy) so you can gloat at/goad each other before you eventually settle things one ending could have you teaming up to neuter both superpowers for example, as well as the usual you win/I win murderstuff. Proper Spy vs. Spy shit, you know? Could go full Man From U.N.C.L.E. with it too if you wanted

A Wario heist game written like a Paper Mario game.
You're a greedy bastard and have to rob places like a Bob-omb owned bank, a Thwomp filled gold mint, a Dry-bones infested tomb, that rich train from TTYD.

Wario can also recruit different specialists, like a Birdo femme fatale, Mouser bomb expert, a Ninjin safe cracker. Just do a deep dive into the whole Mario canon for material.

an excuse to show off my many fetishes

I would fukin cum

Alpha Protocol had so many cool and promising ideas. A shame it felt like shit duckwalking everywhere. I remember back when I was playing it, I kept wishing it was closer to Mass Effect 2

A metroidvania crossed with a rougelike with a retro twist

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? but with video game characters.

featuring Mario, Link, Crash Bandicoot, Sonic, Kratos, Master Chief

The story progresses linearly, but you get to choose which character to play in each level, and each character plays like their own series, ie. Mario completed the level as a side scroller, Link faces the story like a dungeon, Kratos is a hack and slash against redshirt grunts, Master Chief takes it on like a FPS.

If you ever find the level too difficult as one character, switch to another

Eventually, characters have to use each others genre styles for some plot related reason and they dress up as that character

I also would like a Dr Robotnik game that would be kinda Banjo & Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts/Kerbal Space Program-ish where you had to make different crazy Robotnik machines and Badniks and you fill it with a certain amount of small animals to power it.

Then you fill levels with them (Or make your own levels) and set it up to stop different types of Sonic's friends from getting through the level

I wish he wasn't so moody. I enjoyed his work.

So let's take an extremist approach bro about... like religious views on abortion. And see we actual portray it. Crazy right?

So we take an aborted kid, you can choose either gender. And we make it a survival rpg. Set in hell! But we make it have a deep message. Like... I dont know man....

Fuck you, I'm making my ideas.

Roguelike. Bad guy is the last guy you cleared the game with as evil, ally is the last guy you cleared the game with as good. Adjustments for powercreep

Life in Buenos Aires in the beginnings of the Twentieth Century, showing how the first European immigrants lived and the conflicts between anarchists, socialists and the ruling Spanish conservative class, having the option to side with one of them.

Little Nightmares x Dante's Inferno

football manager but you're a minor qatari or saudi prince running a small, regional syrian rebel group

Knife Edge Death Match. The fetus and the mother fight to death with knives.

based druckchad

Something like Stardew valley that's more combat focused and the social aspects of a Persona game

Basically what Fable was supposed to be

I too had an Iidea like this. I was thinking a rpg maker like thing, with different instruments being like different weapons, and have a kind of guitar hero thing for attacks. If only I had the money.

I want a harry potter like game in and around Hogwarts that has the social aspects of Bully, with all unique NPCs, and an almost sekiro like combat of parrying and shooting spells, with different spells all having strengths amd weaknesses to each other. Utility spells would be like gadgets to use in and out of exploration and socialization.
It would be an rpg, with dialogue options and a faction/karma system (in addition to house points) and you get to choose your house, and play as a good, bad, or neutral character and shape the events at the school.

An action game that steals mechanics from Silent Bomber and G-Darius from the PSX, where you fight your enemies with a mix of melee combat and laying bombs; but instead of just destroying them, you can hack/turn them to fighting for you, and then turn them into more bombs to use in fights. and all the enemies are hot girls in form fitting bodysuits and masks

probably vaporware, but lets hope

yeah that's what I had in mind too.

Shadowrun third person tactics grid combat. Free roam for non-combat situations. Trying to improve on the HBS games with UGC support if possible with the inclusion of the astral space.
Multiplayer expansion would be only turn-based that puts two opposing teams against each other (Lone Star vs Shadowrunners) in a section of select places in a city. First is Legwork Phase, the two teams are given points to spend on tactically placing dead drops, purchase backup, extra gear, insider helps, escape plans, security info etc. Next is the Recruiting Phase, where each player has their custom character pick their archetypes to best suit how they want to play. Next is the Loadout phase, where players can finalize their kits, weapons and cyberware, spells as they wish.

Finally the Run. During the run, many things can happen and its best suited to go prepared as always. Shadowrunners have a set objective to complete and to escape whereas the Lone Star team's objective is to stop all runners from completing their objective. HRT teams may be called in by the corp when the alert is raised enough and will be hostile to both teams along with several other third-parties that can involve themselves. Each team takes turns in moving around the map and doing actions. Only the Lone Star teams are given a limited number of respawn tickets with severe penalties if they die whereas the runners only have one life but are given a much bigger bonus to how much points they can spend in the Prep phase. The game ends when either all runners are downed, Lone Star has ran out of tickets or the last runner standing has reached their escape point.

Monster Girls game, except they're actually much more "Monsters" than girls, metroidvania-like where they will rape you if you lose, but you can sex them if you want if you defeat them, also it isn't pixel shit.

I have no ideia about any plot or context though

Xcom style turn based strategy that's thematically similar to the Acts of Caine series of novels set in a high tech dystopia where people are able to transport themselves into an alternate universe where Earth is a low tech swords and sorcery fantasy world. But instead of secretly living there you're using military strike forces to actively take over and plunder resources.

You'd take the role of one of a number of mega corporations with certain strengths and weaknesses. So one might be full military technology while another might be better at researching and integrating magic into their arsenal and others might be better at subterfuge and using native populations against the other corps.

There'd be a world map to show where you and other corps as well as native kingdoms have power and the ultimate goal would be to oust the native leaders or get them under your control and get the other corps off.

i had this idea for a single player hardcore shooter set after the catabolic collapse in a toronto run by radical communists with a god complex, it would play like red orchestra 2 but with coldwar/ww2 mashup guns.i thought of the universe, the politics of the world and different characters, i knew from the start that i would never be able to make this game by myself, but after years of daydreaming it was too much to abandon. so i started writing down all the stories i came up with and plan to make a graphic novel series about it one day.
