Wii Fit

Go outside Redditor.

do both at different times idort

ok, lanklet

just play beat saber or something

>beyond: two souls
You have an average of fifteen minutes between button presses fatty now get to work

Play total warwarhammer 2 on a version prior to the end turn optimizes. Each end turn section easily took a minute or 2 during the later parts of the game. I went from not even being able to do 15 pushups to pumping out 45 at the end of every third turn.

I can do 100 push ups with 4 sets 1 min rest in between but I struggle reaching 30 consecutives. What am I doing wrong?

Inbetween long load times, remove self from chair and do as many pushups as you can during the load time. When not playing vidya, spend atleast 30 minutes a day doing:

>jumping jacks, atleast 100 daily
>pushups, atleast 50 daily + loadtime pushups
>situps, however many you can do in one sitting, twice a day.
>walks / jogs / runs, go outside, go on a jog and listen to music, watch some shit while on a treaddymil, as long as your shits moving. should not count towards total exercise time.
>use weights, even 5 lbs will be good as long as you do them enough.
>eat healthy. i'm not saying don't ever anything fun or junkfood, but really fucking scale it back, eat a lot of veggies, proteins, balance all your meals.
>stop drinking soda. literally the healthiest fucking choice anyone can make in a 1st world country. seriously, shit's bad for you.
All this will certainly help, just commit to it.

not him but probably not breathing properly and your form probably a shit

I used to ride a stationary for 1.5 hours every morning while playing Xbox 360 before classes. You can't really play competitive games, but slower single player ones are great

Well not overeating and having 4 hours of exercise weekly.

I achieve both doing OMAD, and working out 3 times a week as intense as I can, reps until failure always. I should do cardio but I'm too lazy to do that

Hahah nice speaker setup you smooth brained imbecile.

I get on a treadmill and play a session or two of Lumines or Tetris each day

I've long since corrected my form but what about breathing? All I do is inhale down exhale up.

try to 100% expert tracks in beatsaber

I ride a bike for 30 minutes to an hour a day and it's pretty good. I then feel no regret autisming out on autonauts for 4 hours straight while high off endorphins.

buy a barbell instead of whatever that toy is. all this cardio itt is only going to make you tired. do the main lifts 3x5 and eat. you'll fill out your shirts with in weeks with healthy looking trap and chest muscle.

Your form is probably garbage. Best thing is to have someone try to physically correct out while you slowly go up and down, but short of that, I'd rewatch YouTube videos on form if you havent already. The positioning of your arms and shoulders makes the difference between easily throwing out 50 pushups in under a minute or struggling to get 30 done in two.

my dream for VR is to have engaging games that actually take a good level of physical fitness to be good at. I don't think it's hard to achieve with the right peripherals. Imagine a shooter where you actually need to run around a giant 10k map with your team

not being fat =/= being fit, You can be a twig and still get winded trying to climb a set of stairs, not to mention if you can't bench your own bodyweight and squat double it, you are nowhere near being fit

i lost almost all fat just changing my diet but can't seem to be able to get rid of my big belly. will lifting weights help or what kind of exercise would do it?

fork putdowns x F

But I'm 6'5 and weigh 250. I don't want to bench that or squat twice that.

dis nigga bought all those weights and cheaped out on the fucking bar.

>listening to someone who makes absolutes
Probably shouldn't do that as often.

Wake up at 0430 and knock out a workout. Do a mix of strength lifts and interval workouts throughout the week with some cardio mixed in. Jumping rope is a good activity to do in between sets of lifts

>my dream for VR is to have engaging games that actually take a good level of physical fitness to be good at.
You literally just want real life. You're describing sports.

I got out jogging and do pushups, it doesn't take up that much time.

exercise when you aren't playing vidya, duh
