[adult swim] publishes games themselves, although not as many hits as Devolver. I'd say the best game under their banner is Battle Chef Brigade. I wouldn't have known about it if they didn't run ads during the block before its release back when I had cable, and its one of my favorite "indie" (in that sort of indie space outside of a company covering publishing activities, Devolver is like that too) games.
Don't forget Luftrausers, My Friend Pedro, and Ape Out.

now they have completely refocused on licensed titles exclusively, Rick and Morty, samurai Jack, etc.
