Holy fuck. I just played that about a few hours ago. It's alright. But it's kind of gay that you don't get to shoot at real rioters (minorities) and instead you get these organized terrorists called the burners which is something like out of a cartoon.

First half is a gang trying to take over the city with very little mysticism, second half has the weird dudes in suits with the chaingun pistols and only then does the mystical shit really start up and quickly ramps into the big bad screaming about how he's an ancient warlock and releasing the beast.
