okay well, vortic is in general a shitty person, He's literally famous for bullying people (blah cyberbullying isn't real, blah blah) and saying offensive shit to people on Twitter. AVGN is peak millennial humour, most of his viewers came from a time where swearing wasn’t as prevalent in the colloquial field, and some mild mannered looking nerd who’d shout the weirdest kind of insults for 10 minutes was a sight to see, hence why all those channels blew up but died out one after another, because the gimmick became quickly stale and boring, even James transformed the nerd from a vulgar foul mouth who’d recite pop culture quips to somewhat of a real nerd who knows and explains the background of each game and topic
