DE and Skaven are both one LL short of the other TW2 races, it'll probably be Skaven vs Dorfs with a DE FLC lord or something along those lines

Maybe not a rework, I agree they're in a good place, vamps too, but everyone else is getting new stuff, so they should too. Ancestor statues probably. Maybe a thunderbarge but i doubt that.
Silver peak. Vamps will be Neferata. Not sure about Dwarfs. Ska v DE were a WH2 lord pack so it makes sense they would have one for the WH1 races.
