I remember renting this game from blockbuster and getting stuck at the same part. It only gets worse from there with the stupidity of the game developers of that title and no you won't find any guides for it online as barely anyone bothered to pick it up back in the day and is now barely even known about. There's not even speedruns for the product, that's how little is known about it.

My best suggestion for you is to simply Backtrack and Explore abit whenever you get stuck in that game, you'll eventually find out where you should go and what you should do. I know it sucks but that's what happens when you decide to play a very niche title that barely anyone knows about which received a poor reception by locals back in the day before the internet became the status quo of communication and sharing information.
