How is it now?

Abandoned.

Wait two years and ask again.

Is it really dead? Fucking BS

Disappointment of the decade.

>10 year development
>interest dies 10 weeks after release

Still early access I stopped playing and just waiting to be finished

>10 weeks
More like 10 days.

am I the only one that thinks terraria would have been better as a turn-based game?

Yes

They've fixed a ton of issues and have added a shit load of weapons and armor. The devs continue to release patches regularly.

>release

>and have added a shit load of weapons and armor
On the first patch only and then never again, so most people have been playing with the "shit load" of weapons and armor which STILL isn't anywhere near Warband's variety.

it is astonishing how quickly it got forgotten after all these years of wait

Warband barely had any variety of weapons and armor. Holy shit, how fucking bad is Bannerlord?

>release patches regularly.
lol
>new patch
>patch notes: fixed rare crash that happened when you sucked nigger cock
>two weeks without updates

>how fucking bad is Bannerlord?
Do you like red lamellar, blue lamellar, purple lamellar, or orange lamellar? All chainmails are also literally identical save for the color of the shirt underneath. All races have steppe bows and no others.

Its really fucking bad.

I believe they have added more weapons since. Regardless, they have been adding other things like quests. A significant amount of quests were added on the May 14th patch.
The devs are clearly still working on it and the game has vastly improved since it's early access release. It's really too bad that angers you.

It's pretty fun, they are making it better all the time and beta chain of updates is great, can't wait for the big mods

BEANERLORD

got like hundreds hour out of it
got it out of my system
probably will just wait few years down the line so they can actually finish the damn game to try it again
maybe with some mods too
majority of people who bought it probably will do the same

The funny part is that the "added" armors were just accidentally left out of the single player component because Taleworlds didn't playtest this game even for a fucking minute. Modders added the gear before the official patch because it was as simple as turning false to true in a text file.

Where are the patches you lazy t*rks

Okay okay, jeez
>balanced aserai left testicle jiggling physics
>balanced butter price from 29 to 30
Alright see you in two months.

Im just waiting for some Samurai armor sets

>Please understand, small bread baking business

Played it for 24 hours, got to the endgame in 8 hours and the rest was just fucking around or starting playthroughs which only got until the midgame.

The turkoids aren't gonna abandon their flagship game, so that gives me some hope for the future. Ask again in a year.

>no dyed hair btiches
based devs

upd: nevermind noticed a bitch bottom left

>feature incomplete
>post-launch time spent balancing meaningless shit and tweaking multiplayer
>SP campaign barely functions properly
worst part is it's still better than warband was

Waiting for mods. I want line battles and stuff like that, that stuff was always more fun to me than the melee combat, the combat in these games feels like posing action figures rather than fighting. I understand the appeal but I really desperately wish someone would make a different combat system that doesnt feel so stiff and stilted.

1.4 is not so great to "fix" stuff they made other stuff worse. Very fun game but wait till they stop screwing stuff up first.

let's post missing features in bannerlord that were in warband. I'll start:
>Feasts
>Access to the full message log (that doesn't reset with every new conversation or event)**
>Books
>Bandits infesting villages
>Sneaking into cities
>Village upgrades
>Courtship: Rather than trying to roll RNG on a skill check, you had to repeatedly visit a lady, dedicate tournament victories to her, learn their likes and dislikes by talking to their friends and family and use that information to recite an appropriate poem, and complete quests to gain favour
>Dueling lords
>Red hair
>Zoom directly to location from encyclopedia/quest log
>Shields on your back blocking arrow shots
>Troops wearing your banner emblem on their clothes
>Setting campsites
>Handcrafted unique companions that interact
>Sending your companions to increase your right-to-rule
>Estimates of profit you will make from workshops
>Rescuing lords from captivity
>Sargoth being where it belongs
>Special tournament armour and wooden tournament weapons
>Setting up a camp to wait
>Asking lords about the war, where other lords are, telling them to attack or defend an area, warning them of enemies approaching, etc.
>Marriage ceremony
>Working as a tax collector
>Lord personalities affecting their behaviour noticeably
>Rebinding and unbinding keys
>Holdable map speedup that you don't have to click to toggle
>Exporting\importing characters
>Follow option (was useful for caravans and single lords)
>Gender differences in character creation
>Greater food variety
>Dynamic map generation for field battles, OR significantly more field battle scenes
>Greater variety in equipment between cultures
>Deserters and Manhunters on the map
