Plenty, but this is the one I think deserves my shill the most. Brilliant blend of 4X with 2D Action with an amazing aesthetic.

This game has one hell of an OST.

Yes I understand that, but again that brings us back to how you even define obscure to begin with. I could ask my CoD Warzone playing friend if he's ever heard of Paper Mario or Super Monkey Ball and he would be equally as confused. But if you post either of those games here and claim they're obscure you'd get laughed at.

I guess it isn't really obscure anymore, but OFF is a pretty interesting RPG Maker game. Also probably not obscure, but I never see anyone talk about Warning Forever, a shmup where the boss changes based on how you damage it (until it becomes so large that you can't win).

This is a neat game. I think it's by the Pathologic devs.

You're letting your time on this board muddy the line of what obscurity really is and getting hung up on arbitrary prerequisites. Hell, we can use Google search hits to see if something is obscure using hylics as an example if you feel inclined.
