Use the Direct3D 10 renderer.
In-game (not in menus), press the "Send Message To All" button (default "T").
Type "preferences" without quotes (remember to delete the pre-written text "Say").
In the window that should have opened, expand the "Rendering" section, then expand the "Direct3D 10" sub-section.
Set "FPSLimit" to the desired limit by clicking on the number next to it.
Close the window.
Framerate above 120fps affects the game speed
