Why is he the only one in costume?

Guys speedrunning ocarina of time at agdq or sgdq I forget. This was before the constant barrage of donations. This lady pipes up while the guy is running and people are explaining how you run the game, anyway, she pipes up crying a out how she's using the last of her dead grandma's yarn and how she's likely to die of the same cancer that killed her grandmother. She says something like, "I'd like to use this moment to....can you stop" clearly gesturing at the runner "no? Okay" and grandstands about how hard life is especially for her more than anyone else.
