5's a mixed bag. Personally I think the stages in both look like shit but some character models in 5 look great like Chun and Urien and then some look really bad like Kolin and Ken.

Chun-Li looks better in 5 than she does in any 3D game.
Overall SFIV looks worse, SFV has it's issues but the game is more colorful and most of the models are better than they were in 4.
People like to spam Ken's face or Ibuki, but you can counter those with Chun-Li, Ryu, Menat, G, Cammy (who had a flat ass in IV).
The problem with SFV is that they outsourced the models, so the quality is inconsistent.
