Tifa's eyes are pretty normal sized, I actually made a quick size-ratio comparison to a real human photo, and her eyes when fully open were around 10% bigger than a real asian girl photo I found. But that's Anime-inspired style for you. When her eyes are half-closed, the eye size is almost indistinguishable from a real person. And this is, don't forget, Anime styled eyes. That are just barely bigger than real eyes...
