Co-workers start talking about lack of diversity representation in video games

There's Diversity in gaming. Those fuckers just don't like how not every single character is 100% like them.
this has never happened in real life unless you work with literal nerds
>coworker starts talking
>video games
Sneed
This.
Doesn't help that I have 0 interest in mainstream normie games like LoL or Overwatch too
>coworker opens their mouth
>co-worker tells you that your silence is complicit and to say something or get fired.
>Co-workers start talking
>work with Hispanics
>they despise and openly mock PC stuff
Love it
I had someone refuse to rent a room to me because I didn't have any social media accounts for her to review first
Imagine having to work every single day for 9h a day. I'd rather kill myself.
>co-workers talk about societies in games
my co-worker turned towards me when we were on lunch and said "black lives matter" with a perfectly straight face, then started cracking up. What is that supposed to mean?
>tfw its your boss who started it.
>co-workers start talking about video games
>be shitty indie dev
>not common in this area, uni asked me to give a lecture about experience in game dev
>wasn't really a lecture, more a simple q&a
>we finish up, a woman angrily comes up to me
>asks me about the lack of females in game dev
>tell her im an indie dev
>she asks how it's fair how woman are under represented
>tell her i dont know
>she asks if my team has women in it
>no i work alone
>would you hire a woman
>no i want to work alone
>she starts giving me a lecture about equality
Was she cute
damn its a good thing i own my house outright
Colleges and universities are cucked by 2 generations of marxism in America. Repill her on women's choices in the work field.
id have said "totally" and then pulled my dick out
>she
>coworkers start talking about video games
>we each listen to opinions and have fun discussing the hobby

>Bringing up that you play vidya
silence is consent.
>co-workers talk about shovelware ecchishit
I'm an indie dev too and we have 2 women on our dev team but neither are loonies, they just both like video games.

>Mandatory anti-harassment and diversity talk at work
>The usual SJW talking points full of fallacies.
>Say nothing, just smile and nod
>Co-workers start sneeding
This, except:
>Shoot skeptical look at co-worker sitting next to me
>They reciprocate.
I have literally never once met an actual person that cared about "inclusiveness" in any entertainment medium.
>Work at a blue-collar job
>most people there are totally open with what they like/hate, most of them hate on leeching immigrants but have no problem with immigrants that acts decent. Most are open and frank what they think so there's no drama or hard feelings
>work at a white-collar job
>everyone is a leftist/SJW, people barely talk about anything because you are only "allowed" to talk about socially accepted stuff. There's tons of drama and people talking shit behind peoples back
I know this is not the case in every field, but the atmosphere in white-collar jobs always feel so fake.
>person writes email to me saying that they need something
>they wrote sneed instead of need
i work at that blue-collar job only with the added drama of the white collar job you described. Normally i'd be all like "fucking kill me", but i take solace in the fact that i'm above that shit.
>Co-workers start talking
you can tell white and black were swapped
the right steals memes.
Grown men working at blue-collar are usually the people that shit talk the most and are jealous of their coworkers. So many of them are acting like teenage girls with shit.
I'm a software developer (or was, before Corona) and I would be satisfied to never work a software development job again. At this point I'd rather work the graveyard shift stocking shelves at a supermarket than mingle with software developers ever again.
>Co-workers start sucking and fucking
ya gotta slap 'em. show them who's boss.
based
>People worry about leeching immigrants when they don't even make up 1% of the money lost from corporate tax evasion
Glad to see you took the bait buddy.
