>Shit architecture which put off a lot of third party developers >your online account gets hacked and you lose your money from your current account >very overpriced >only people who bought it day one were the special needs kids/casuals >made movie-games popular - where walking and being forced to listen to shitty dialogue FOR A VIDEOGAME became the norm >fucking ugly
>No games >Insanely overpriced, yet underpowered. >Breaks easily >Drift >Outdated mobile hardware. >Hard drive can't hold any games. >Ugly, smudgy screen. >A "portable" that's barely portable. >Worst ports of all systems despite technically being next generation.
First 5 console generations and PC literally had no games. They didn't even know how to make a good videogame until PS2.
Eli Young
I wish Nintendo would actually make a decent/powerful engine rather than constantly seeking for the next gimmick. Since N64 they've pretty much given up with the graphics race.
Alexander Scott
The Gamecube was competitive and cheap and nobody bought it.
Jaxson Watson
GameCube coincided with a decline in quality of Nintendo’s first party games though. Everything other than Melee and Prime was a disappointment.
Blake Bell
lol sure thing fagoti
>What is Loz:OoT / MM and SM64/BK/BT
Jacob Carter
This
Consoles this gen are fucking shit
If you haven't switched to PC by now then you're a complete fucking moron
>no backwards compatibility >prices for games never go down >shit internet functionality >tiny awkward controllers for portable multiplayer >Many games are just uninspired but people defend them >hold games hostage for no reason
Kevin Wilson
>Shit combat/shit combat and wahoo collect-a-thons.
Benjamin Perez
Other first party games may not have been as good as their earlier entries, but they were still good. It also solved the problem of third party support that the N64 had.
Ethan Howard
They aren't making one because they know that power doesn't improve games
Isaiah Howard
Pic unrelated?
David Richardson
This. Magnavox games are better than anything on the Switch
Samuel Miller
Yeah you're right. And lemme guess >if it isn't fun then why bother huh? lol
But I'd rather have a normal Nintendo console than the constant shit they churn out with wavy remote controls. My LG TV remote should not feel more sturdy than a fucking Switch
William Johnson
>It also solved the problem of third party support that the N64 had. It sort of did, but it also ended up having fewer worthwhile exclusives. Third part support is only valuable if it’s not just a fuckload of multiplats.
Asher Ramirez
>But I'd rather have a normal Nintendo console than the constant shit they churn out with wavy remote controls. And you've been getting it. Since 2006.
That is literally wrong. Is this a cope or retardation?
Evan Cox
>owning a Switch despite having a Wii U
why would you do this lol. The first two years of the console were Wii U ports with maybe one or two Switch exclusives sprinkled in
Leo Davis
Please leave
Levi Evans
>ps4 >no games >threads everyday of pc fags begging for persona and bloodborne port
Samuel Butler
U a a having despite Wii Switch >owning the console lol. would first in years one Switch do why sprinkled exclusives U you Wii of were two ports The two maybe with or this

Based OP, but I don't mind moviegames.
The PS3 is just shit though. It has the worst version of multiplatform games that generation with a very few exceptions. The exclusives, the reasons to own a Sony console, are nearly nonexistent besides a couple. The controller is shit. The Dualshock was always shit, but the PS3 iteration feels ironically like an unofficial knock off of the PS2. Light and flimsy, sticks have no resistance, its just not good. It doesn't have native backward compatibility with PS1, just emulation, so your PS1 games run better on a PS2 (if you are going for accuracy) or on any PC made in the last decade (if you are attempting enhancements). A useless feature.
I have one, but you won't find it hooked up to my television except when I need my Time Crisis or Ridge Racer fix.

I played BOTW on a friend's and really enjoyed. If I had known there would be jack shit for games, I would have avoided it.
Christopher Cooper
>It doesn't have native backward compatibility with PS1, just emulation, so your PS1 games run better on a PS2 Source? I had no issues with PSX on PS3. It was PS2 emulation that was pretty shitty in general, even with the Emotion Engine chip on-board the original PS3 motherboard.
Aaron Edwards
> The controller is shit. The Dualshock was always shit,
It's funny you say that because I always thought DS controllers were the best out there until I started using a keyboard and mouse and realized how unresponsive DS' are. Plus the DS4 is fucking shit in terms of quality. I've gone through two of them now because of the cheap components inside them. Google left trigger causing the left analog to move forward if you're interested.
