install skygfx for the PS2 FX. Xbox has better lighting and reflections.

this game was 60 fps on xbox iirc so the xbox version was better regardless. just like most other xbox ports due to its extra power. look at splinter cell chaos theory for example. they had to gimp the fuck out of the game to run on the ps2 which had shit hardware.

Are you really shilling for Playstation on a console war that ended 2 gens ago? Sonygros are a different breed of subhuman. Literally every game was better on Xbox aside from MGS2 and SH2 which were bad ports. I can't think of any other examples where the PS2 version was better.

for whatever reason the ps2 effects weren't carried over to the other ports. think it was just a design choice, but people have modded them back into pc version and it looks great. ps2 also had different, lower res textures to xbox and PC. you should look it up its actually kind of interesting. think theres some videos of the differences on youtube

Xbox version had custom radio, controller's triggers were used for gas and brakes instead of face buttons and the fingers on characters were modeled and animated separately when they were fused on PS2. It was the best version.

the other versions look way too sterile in my opinion. it isnt just a piss filter. it affects the whole day/night cycle. the nights look more blue, the sky in the evenings looks more orange

PS2 and Xbox textures are identical, dumbass.
Only GTA 3 got a full on remaster for Xbox, VC got car models and modeled fingers on cutscene actors.

Also I can't remember if it was a feature on San Andreas on xbox, but GTA3 & Vice City on xbox had rain drops hitting the players screen while driving when it was raining.

And also looks awful and monochromatic af. Excessive filters are garbage.
