6 cores 12 threads 100% constant usage. 60% - 80% GPU usage at 1440p high 55-60fps. I would see my CPU temps in the mid 80s, i literally never see temps like that outside of running synthetic benchmarks

I think it's actually incredible how the only thing about this game that stays with most people is Connor and Hank and they are effectively only 1/3 of the game. Supposedly the other writers intervened more with Cage's ideas for these sections but who knows if that's true. Whenever I see Detroit merch online or at conventions I have never once seen Kara or Markus but I've seen enough Connor to last a lifetime

The parts of every David Cage game where you play as a cop are always the most coherent parts. But he insists on doing the multiple protagonists bit in every fucking game and even when he doesn't like in Beyond he wants to be pretentious and tell the story out of order for no reason.

I thought the Marcus sections were the best in general.

Markus's whole plot seems inconsistent and written on the fly to me. The whole thing with Cage deciding to go back and forth if Markus is supposed to be a racism allegory or not, Markus suddenly developing brainwashing powers and the player being able to miss that early on with it suddenly being a big deal later on, and his whole introduction of being thrown into a dump despite the fact that In Connor's section we see that all the high profile "deviant" cases were taken back to the police for investigation just ruins the whole thing for me

No, but you can have Markus losing his leaderships and leaving Jericho the game just before the attack.

I'm really enjoying the game so far, but in the first mission I sacrificed Conor. Also my CPU is DOG (AMD Ryzen 5 1400) so shortly after the game just completed shit itself and started presenting a multitude of graphical errors and lag. Might be time I upgraded the damn thing.
