>albino swordsman who uses alchemy
Straight from The Witcher.

>decadent island who used to dominate the world, spread its culture and was ruled by a race of inhuman sorcerers and lords of dragons
Literally Game of Thrones setting.

How does Moorcock gets away with it?

I have this feeling that my luck is none too good
This sword here at my side don't act the way it should
Keeps calling me its master, but I feel like its slave
Hauling me faster and faster to an early, early grave
And it howls, it howls like hell

Starcraft and Warcraft 3

Xenoblade Chronicles

The madlad gives no fucks.

Not the focus of the game, but Jin's sword makes him a bit crazy.

Is this a meme post? You do know Elric came first, right?

Elric predates both you mongoloids.
GRRM admitted to being inspired by it and Sapkowski used to translate Elric novels which is where he stole his ideas from.

Elric predates Witcher by about 30 years.

>The Witcher first released on October 26, 2007
>Game of Thrones first aired on April 17, 2011
>Elric’s show has been in development since 2019 and isn’t even out yet
Gee, I wonder which came first?

I have this feeling that my luck is none too good
This sword here at my side don't act the way it should
Keeps calling me its master, but I feel like its slave
Hauling me faster and faster to an early, early grave
And it howls, it howls like hell
I'm told it's my duty to fight against the law
That wizardry's my trade and I was born to wade through gore
I just want to be a lover, not a red-eyed screaming ghoul
I wish it'd picked another to be its killing tool
Black blade! Black blade!
Forged a billion years ago
Black blade! Black blade!
Killing so its power can grow
There's death from the beginning to the end of time
And I'm the cosmic champion and I hold a mystic sign
And the whole world's dying and the burdens mine
And the black sword keeps on killing 'til the end of time
Black blade! Black blade!
Bringing chaos to the world we know
Black blade! Black blade!
And its using me to kill my friends
Black blade! Black blade!
Getting stronger so the world will end
Black blade! Black blade!
Forcing my mind to bend and bend
The black blade
Forged a million billion years ago
My cosmic sword goes on for eternity
Carving out destiny
Bringing in the lords of chaos
Bringing up the beasts of Hades
Sucking out the souls of heroes
Laying waste to knights and ladies
My master is my slave
Ha ha ah ha ah ha!

For real though I hope the whole project falls through.

This buggy camera though

Bad thread.

Why ?

Skyward Sword, Fi is one of the reasons I will never replay that game.

I'm weary of adaptations these days.

>Elric’s show
The comic you posted is lile a decade old, and the books and character are several decades old.

The point of Elric was always english empire = Melniboné = bad and nazis = chaos = worst. So yeah if it's adapted well it will be whitebashing. But they will probably just adapt the first novel and do new stories with the character, like the comics did.

10/10 bait.

Gothic
its less a weapon but more the fighting machanics

Daikatana

Witcher video when, Razörcück?

In Kingmaker theres a big sword that makes you pass a skill check to not attack your friends.

Have you read the Corum books? Complete ripoff of Warhammer Fantasy Battles. You can't make this shit up.

You guys are really smart.

>For real
Is Netflix so it will be shit. About failing? Who knows, Netflix audience isn't picky, as long as the show have some quality, a couple of twists, some tiddies and forced sex scenes here and there they'll gobble it and ask for another season.

Check the times, it was just a bump from page 8 or 9.

I just remembered the cursed weapons in Shining Force, they hit like a truck but have a chance to stun you.

>you will never lose your way on your quest for Tanelorn

Top bait.
What about a game where you use your curse and disadvantages as your weapons?

10/10 song

Can't wait for Elric to get popular so people will start calling him a Witcher clone despite predating him

Okay Razor.

Razor is a faggot but him being an Elric Chad is alright

The apex of this kind of weapon.

Breath of Fire IV: Dragon Quarter. It's a turn based RPG. Not really your "weapon" per se, but you get infected with a super mode that is slowly infecting more and more of you and it's going to kill you eventually, and the game keeps track throughout its entire duration of how much you have used it and what percentage of infection it is at.

Geralt?

Shinobi PS2

Based

my weaponfu,now and always.

I can't think of any games where the signature weapon is evil. Only misc. weapons having bad side effects/consequences.
