shame so many tried to copy him after this

>kill him
>the game keeps going for some reason
>everything falls apart
Why did they do that?
Oliver Sullivan
Isn't that the guy from Better Call Saul?
Michael Rogers
because Ubishit doesn't actually know what good writing is and lucked out extremely hard with Vaas
Charles Collins
Are you fucking retarded? Do you need a list?
Ethan Roberts
Didnt they increase the screen time of the character due to how well the voice actor played him or something?
Oliver Martin
They literally wrote a character into the game because his performance was THAT good
Levi Collins
>Brainlets filtered
Hoyt was literally as good, even as a very different character.
Vaas was actually good and way deeper than the pathetic rip offs or meme tards like Trevor that came after, but Hoyt was good too
Mason Martinez
I like this thread, this is a nice fucking thread
Nolan Clark
>vaas
>villain
Joshua Ortiz
Are you implying good Japanese villains exist?
Eli Diaz
Hoyt lost all of his subtlety when he blew up shit for no reason. If he was more pragmatic and restrained he would have been a better counterpoint to Vaas.
Antagonist suits better
His bitch sister and Hoyt are the real villains
Samuel Fisher
>le definition of insanity
That's his entire stick. You can't name any other trait
Asher Green
Yee
Based leaf actor
Eli Fisher
people who like Hoyt unironically think that Illusive Man was well written in ME2 and ME3
Jayden Long
>forgetting about how legitimately broken he seems when he starts talking about his sister

Eh, He's the "real" villain, in a fascinating "real" way. His dialogue and storyline, as well as drug/poisoned blade induced hallucinations showinh that he has become a crazy warlord exactly like Jason is doing right now, initially just by killing for family, and there's not much difference between the two in their final confrontation, was much better than edgy shit I expected. They could have made it a generic crazy weirdo who kills your brother so you want revenge and be done with it, instead they created
John Hughes

Zachary James
Because it's Ubisoft... when do they actually do anything right?
Adam Brooks
What made him so good?
Ian Kelly
family/friends ripping you apart while acting like victims

Yeah.. no

Fuck off retard lol
Jose James
probably the voice actor’s charisma
Austin Green
eastern written villains never come off as intimidating
good villains are hard to write the line between kino and cringe is very thin

I bet you are those kind sub IQ monkeys with impaired mental capabilities that unironically believe to be the only truly sentients beings of the universe

Did you not play the game?
Justin Peterson
He LITERALLY says
"You know the real way to keep employees happy? Fear"
It's a show, for his guard, for his customers, for Jason..
Ayden Jenkins
Yes, he pretty much created the whole character during audition instead of auditioning for Jason Brody, he basically asked if he could do his own thing instead of reading Jason's lines and that's how Vass was born, the idea of unhinged lunacy came from Michael Mando's mind and IIRC he had a hand in writing part of Vass's character arc and dialogue as well.
Ryan Price
Right right, fuck but it’s not subtle. Like blowing something up to classical music isn’t subtle. Like what if they fucking put the traitors on spits or severed heads next time to visited. Like there’s some weird shit
