Total Warhammer thread since none are up right now and I feel like they've been up constantly for the past few weeks.

I've tried play high elves with Tyrion like 3 times now and I always drop the game like 2 hours in. Are there any other races that are good to learn for a new player that aren't just elves?

Legend of Total War here

Play Tyrion.

High Elves are good because they pretty much dominate in all aspects of the game. Good on campaign, good on battle; amazing variety and maybe best tier 1 units in game.
Other good for learning might be Empire. Lizardmen are okay too i guess; But they just lean faster to Saurus spam.

Elves are literally the most boring faction in the game.
Play empire if you're new.

I might give them another shot. I sort of fucked up my last campaign because I took my first province, then my next quest was to take the Phoenix Gate so I beelined it there without doing anything to the elvish factions along the way because I didn't want them to be mad at me. Got my shit stomped hard. Should I just go to war with everyone on the way?

Is she fun to play with?

Every high elf faction is the same if you start in Ulthuan. Imrik and Eltharion ME are the most fun HE campaigns.

>buffs sisters of avelorn
She is overpowered

no
Order factions win by default.
Just make everyone your friend; if you declare war choose someone who's minor faction at beginning.
With High Elves its even easier because the Influence

Dark Elf Female Dreadlord

Why are peasants such disgusting abominable subhumans and why do they think they have to right to breathe our air?

If I make them my friend can I get them to join me?

Why do you spam peasant units instead of more cav?

Yes.
Its ridicilously easy with HElves.

They're literally the easiest faction to play.

Legend of Totally Who?

>give the enemy army the plague
Seems like a decent strategy

would there be a scandal in bretonnian society if a Grail Knight had an affair with a lowly peasant?

The lady would weep

>Playing a Settra Vortex campaign
>Most of my neighbors hate me
>Imrik is dicking around in the corner and we meet up
>He wants to trade with me and establish an alliance
I guess smug goes well with smug since both Settra and Imrik are smug cunts but should I take the deal?

Bretonnian peasants are unironically subhumans, they're so inbred it's unreal, only another peasant or a beastmen would hit that

Mortal Empires or Vortex for new player? I'm guessing Vortex is more concise?

Vortex is worth 1 playthrough but after that ME all the way

The enemy is undead.

All hope is lost, we have failed the lady

You failed the lady when she decided that an Imperial would make a better Grail Knight than the rest of you.

>Trusting ratfolk ever
>Trusting ratfolk with nukes ever
do yourself a favor and wipe them off the face of Lustria before they nuke your ass with an extreme amount of firepower

Nigga Imrik is a high elf and he's in the badlands along with me

Kruber makes a based Grail Knight anyways

I mixed up Imrik with Ikit, my bad
regardless, High Elves are automatically purge-tier given they think to lead you into glory
And you do not serve as Settra

yeah but the trade deal is really good and I'm starved for cash as Settra

Vampire Coast are the best faction and there is no way you can convince me otherwise.

Starting advice for Imrik? I only barely survived a 4-pronged invasion from that starting dwarf enemy, two Skaven clans and the Druchii to the south. I captured the Skaven lands to the west and the DElf islands, but my economy is still ass garbage and I don't know how I can build up a second stack to actually stand a chance against the last Skaven group attacking me.

then pillage and burn, that's what you should do as Settra
And High Elf carcasses are worth a lot

trade deals are always good if they bring you resources for the mortuary cult
if he somehow holds any province with a good landmark tho, wipe it out
but taking all the "mainland nehekara" as Settra always takes a while and by then the campaign is usually pretty much over

You suck ass. Whenever I catch a glimpse of your videos you are cheesing, exploiting and have some money cheat. Fuck you.

>"close" victory
this game is so retarded sometimes

Play his superior brother.

Agreed, i barely won my first vortex victory as last defenders. After that I really don't want too play another vortex.

It's appealing for game 2 factions cause the continents are neutered in ME.

I would say vortex is good for 1 order faction, TK and then vamp coast.

My vortex games, the DE always turn into the top villain with dozens of endless armies.

>Playing Morathi, spreading Chaos AIDs
>Confederate Malus just in time to save Khalida from getting Kroq-Gared
>Reptilian shitshow commences
Shit's getting more cold-blooded then I thought was possible.
