And the MonHun team is the kind of people that think a few unskipabble cutscenes in a game with no real characters or plot is an engaging story, that somehow the monsters carry everything by simply existing and that the success of the franchise was largely due to this strategy, when literally no one cares about the monsters besides their appearance or absence in the series' own games. The literal nameless customizable character has been more interesting to fans than any other monster where cameos and outside appearances are regarded, and mostly due to the dress up too.
