What is the best rhythm game?
What is the best rhythm game?
It's subjective, honestly. DJMAX Respect is pretty great, Taiko V with all the modded songs on Vita is pretty great, Project Diva Future Tone is pretty great, not to mention stuff that's arcade-only. Pop'n, Sound Voltex, and the proper version of Groove Coaster are all a blast.
Just started DJMAX Respect. It's fun and has a lot of good songs.
Can't fuckin' WAIT for the Cytus and Deemo collab.
The Deemo pack seems kinda weak. Only two songs that are probably fun to play more than once (three if they go crazy with Dreams SC), and THREE fucking Mili songs. I would have loved Run Lads Run, just as much as the person who had to map it would have hated it.
I can't really blame them for their song choices, though, they mostly went with the popular ones. At least the UI/Gear/Notes look really nice.
Spin Rhythm XD on steam is pretty fun desu
the game where you need a comfortable spot for your left hand
How the fuck do I unlock the glory song in djmax? Heard it on the intro and fell in love
Sekiro
>Updated this on PS4 the other week
>No longer shows whether you hit a note early or late anymore
What the fuck
Blame Konami.
What do you mean user? Like the hit percent?
guitar hero 2
Grind to about Level 50 or so.
Only if in arcade
Chunithm
Yeah. There used to be an option to make it show 'fast x%' and 'slow x%' instead of 'max x%", but for whatever reason it looks like they removed that feature.
Got a full list of the songs in the deemo pack so I can know how much/what to expect with the cytus one?
Miku or IA VT Colorful are both the best. Space Channel 5 part 2 is also very fun. 1 is a little too sloppy with the FMVs.
DJ Max feels a little too loose for my tastes. The songs are mostly korean or chinese and theres a huge power gap between the quality in any asian music vs japanese.
Used to love Guitar hero and still have the guitar + all games but i cant keep thinking i look like an absolute idiot with a tiny plastic guitar. Helps that I dont really listen to american music growing up so the fact that they are covers doesnt bother me since i havent heard the original anyway.
Also, since nobody knows the Cytus song list yet, Run Lads Run has a chance to show up.
So I hope too.
Man I loved IA/VT too, but it's definitely not GOAT rhythm game material. Don't lie to yourself.
Thanks for the info user. Gonna be a long ride then

They are all great, because of the different mechanics, some will be easier or harder for you to learn and master, that depends if you have large hands, or short fingers, if bone structure allows you to bend in certain ways, etc... However I can say that IIDX is one if not the hardest one.
osu! an anyone who says otherwise is just mad cuz bad.
So 10 songs will probably be the case with Cytus also.
Fuck I hope they pick good ones.
Guaranteed Masquerade is one, though.
What the fuck. Fuck Konami
I've been playing Muse Dash
how can a game so cheap be so much fun
what is this artstyle called?
It's unlocked at level 25, it's not too long of a grind because I reached it after 1 day in the free weekend they had.
