Ehh, it's a lot cheaper than the Simpsons.
Honestly it depends. Some lego sets are cheaper and those usually are for the "infinite play time" (i.e. younger age) sets as opposed to the "build and display" stuff like those above.

The creator series is neat. I have the ship in a bottle and its one of my favorite sets. I don't like that its just becoming the dump for licensed sets though. i guess the Voltron was neat since it actually did the morphing though.
