The one that the eceleb recommended

What are you talking about?

Mandaloregaming, the sole reason anyone knows this game exists. It's a decent review you might as well watch it, but "relative" is the right control scheme.

Gotcha. I guess since no one wants to talk about the game I'll go watch that review. Thanks mate

>got the game two years ago
>no one talks about it, threads die ten replies in
>an eceleb reviews it
>still can't talk about it because retards immediately go apeshit
I hate this fucking board

relative is the only answer

>Mandaloregaming, the sole reason anyone knows this game exists
It was in a HIB monthly.

>What is this game
Isometric Vehicular Combat/Twinstick Shooter that has a roguelite missions mode and full campaign as well.
>and is it any good?
Excellent. There's tons of variety in vehicle choices, it looks gorgeous, the soundtrack is great, there's tons of neat detail included in the gameplay from being able to shoot through pretty much any part of the environment to specific weapons having differing turn speeds to the height of shots being accounted for in aiming, and its packed with content. The lore is neat too.
>Also which control scheme is the best?
Relative

>Mandaloregaming, the sole reason anyone knows this game exists.
I've been shilling this game for F R E E for years before he put that vid out and I know for a fact a handful of other anons have too. It often came up in hidden gems threads during steam sales as well.

"tank controls" for every thing that isnt a hover
and "perspective controls" for hover tanks
also i think it's best to have something like space bar be "auto align to front of vehicle" because certain vehicles dont have full 360 degree aiming

Truly a monkey’s paw situation here, and with all other more obscure games.
>either no-one knows it and it’s impossible to get any talk going on
>or eceleb mentions it and now the game is known, but you can’t discuss it because ”hurr ur playing it just because X shilled it”

>this fucking level in a party van

>destroy enemies with ploughman
>they drop ammo
>ploughman gas immediately destroys ammo
I don't think this feature is fun.

>the sole reason anyone knows this game exists.
people were always shilling this game you zommer

>>or eceleb mentions it and now the game is known, but you can’t discuss it because ”hurr ur playing it just because X shilled it”
who cares?

welcome to nu/v/
if you try to talk about a video game that isn't either a console exclusive, was recently announced at a gaming conference, or was talked about by an eceleb on a stream/video at worst your discussion will get no replies and at best you'll be accused of being a shill if discussion manages to take off in any way

I've found it weird how little discussion I've seen of it. It clearly sold a lot thanks to his review but still no one talks about it. Did people just buy it and not touch it because an e-celeb told them to?

You can just run around like a bitch and snipe the objective, you don't get a lot of money for destroying optional objectives anyway. There's a way worse mission with Party Van coming up.

>tfw some guy (a self-described Rhodesian white nationalist) on a private forum the lead artist was also posting in decided to post the artist's not-so-woke post history on social media in an effort to cancel him, leading to the lead artist deciding to pre-emptively and publicly step down to avoid social media backlash against his co-developers, which also throws the development of the sequel (Brigador KILLERS) in disarray

Brigador has always been popular on Zig Forums, which is probably the only reason Mandalore made a video on it. All he ever talks about are Zig Forums cult classics and former flavors of the month.
IIRC the initial launch went so poorly they had to re-release the game later as the "Up-Armored Edition."
Wait, what? I was about to make a post asking about the sequel, and then I saw this. Has it been cancelled?

liked the game but the real gem is the audio book

HOW THE FUCK TO DO YOU BEAT THE LAST TWO MISSIONS IN THE CAMPAIGN ?

HOLY FUCKING SHIT

It's pretty good but i'm only a few missions into the game

I think the soundtrack and setting that the game takes place in are top notch

it's a Mech game by the way, in the vein of future cop

Great leader has fallen is objectively the best ost in the game

>Wait, what? I was about to make a post asking about the sequel, and then I saw this. Has it been cancelled?
Work is continuing but the devs are gonna need to hire another artist.

And yeah the dude was your typical Zig Forums style edgelord with a dash of Zig Forums thrown in on...somethingawful? Or some other private forum so he stepped down when exposed so the team wouldn't lose support over it since he was friends with most of them. Rest of the team is saying they had no idea about his political views but lord knows if thats true or if they're all the same, either way resetera and twitter mostly shut up when he left the sequel.

Was he the only artist who worked on the game? The artstyle was so distinctive, I don't know how you could find someone else to replicate it.
God, this fucking sucks. I was looking forward to Killers.

I've been told the audio book is amazing as well. Will have to check that out soon.

not only is the content amazing, i think they got the guy who voices the video game gun history to do the reading as well.

xboxahoy? sheeeeit it's been a long time

I thought it was way too slow so I refunded it

>otomo + pinch on a powersuit
pinch is just really fucking good in general

>stomp the houses with 0 ammo: the game

Fucking meme shillers.

I thought the game was a cake walk till i hit this level and got checked a bunch of times. The visuals and mechanics are great when you start noticing them. Controls still feel awkward to me though
