"girls" are icky
Should have been an expansion for FC5 for 10$ or 15$ instead of full standalone 30$ game.
>sequel
It was a glorified DLC
Ugly lesbian black girls torturing regular people in the "Wacky crazy post apocalypse"
>30+ hours of gameplay should be $10 or $15!!!!
No, retard.
i thought the twins were the protags for a long while and that it was forced coop
It was the same fucking map again. Also, pointless man baby defense mission.
Congrats, you fell for Zig Forumseddit psyops. Since when has Far Cry put the protagonists on the cover image? Only the Jack Carver games 1, Instincts, the console ports of 1 did that.
uninteresting villains also same location
>same map with different textures
>same weapons with different textures
>11 hours main story
>30 hours for repetetive shit (outpost liberation, etc.)
are you retarded?
At least you got to kill both of them at the end
The Joseph Seed parts were the best parts of the game
Same game just pink lol, also what games are worth playing in the farcry franchise? The original one was a trip I remember and the level customization was Superb!
too much (forced) diversity
they're the villains retard
How did it fail? It sold millions. It was the only 2019 Ubisoft game that didn't financially didappoint IIRC. FC5 is better but New Dawn is a solid expansion.
It undid the charm of FC5 and replaced it with vile zoomershite. Truth is, it's actually the tighter game though.
why would them being villains (or otherwise) matter?
Unironically this.
The whole game feels like they replaced the main villains at the final stage. Joseph and his shit was a massive let down and even the last battle felt like it was meant to be fighting Eden not random Raiders that decided to take the place over for "reasons".
>It sold millions
it didnt, even less than primal and recieve a lot of mixed reviews
It's a fucking direct sequel in the same valley 17 years later. What exactly did you want changed? They updated all the buildings and vegatation to show the passage of time and added expedition regions.
weapon and enemy rarity
It sold millions. Primal wasn't a standalone expansion developed in like 10 months. Not sure why you're comparing them.
Black women without caucasian features are marketing poison.

PS4 version alone has sold 2 million. It sold so well it caused a spike in Far Cry 5 sales leading Ubisoft to release a new FC5 bugfix patch out of the blue.
Albino women niggers aren't intimidating.
I quite liked seeing the same map but over a decade later in a post apoc setting, made stumbling across familiar locations interesting when they're all fucked up. Shame the map was a fraction of its original size
that was about all I liked about it, tying guns to "levels" was retarded as fuck, I can't just use what guns I like and customise them I have to use *certain* guns because of their attachments/level. bullshit.
Something better than African raider chimp out gone national.
One can only wonder. Two absolutely unlikable antagonists, shit gameplay mechanics forcing you to get better tiered weapons to fight stronger enemies, instead of just overpowering them through firepower... I'm gonna have lunch now.
The whole point was to stop you using the guns you liked. Same logic behind Doom Eternal's changes.
I'm glad this game was probably the last thing to use pastel pink and blue. What a shit trend for a bit
>what went wrong?
Niggers
I'll agree the last battle was a bit of a letdown, but I did like the fact that Eden weren't the enemies, rather an uneasy alliance. They fulfilled their purpose before shit went south and they no longer had a reason to be hostile to everyone else since their whole shtick was preparing for the nukes. That being said I kind of hoped for more Eden's Gate throwbacks, just the occassional burnt out EG vehicle or something dotted around the map, it was after all effectively a warzone in FC5. That all being said, FC5 kind of made a point at the end to show their compound completely empty save for Joseph, effectively showing ED was mostly eradicated, then suddenly there's hundreds of them again in ND.
Expeditions were unironically pretty fun if a bit lazy, but I am a sucker for "Obtain objective and extract" scenarios.
I actually enjoyed New Dawn, it was alright
I only play 1 ubiworld game every 2-3 years since they are too sameish.
Played FarCry 5 a few months before that after I grabbed it for cheap and had no interest to redo the experience.
Porbably gonna get FarCry 6 once I get it for 20 bucks or less.
farcry 3. its immense success is ironically the franchise's downfall as they keep trying to replicate the formula of having a based villain.
