Well I spammed x after firing so there's no way I missed the timing. Yet consistently didn't work after every 2nd shot and just didn't respond when I pressed the button so that isn't right.

Either you missed an input or the magazine is full already, there are no exceptions

Ok after some more testing in the training room I can make it work all the time but when I try fire immediately after the reload it stutters and doesn't work sometimes. Don't know what else to tell you about that.

Tried it this time with lvl 3 Free Elem/Ammo up so I have 2 shots instead of 1 and it works all the time. I think it just shits the bed sometimes when you try use evade reload too much in quick succession.
