I think her videos are far too negative. Her research is not good enough and it's the most entry-level form of feminism out there. In fact the idea that her videos are shown in American collages is terrifying, not because of the SJW boogeyman, but because they seem like early highshcool essays. I know American education is a fucking joke, but it seems it's even worse than I thought.

But she's not 100% wrong all the time and she's not half the "feminazi" Zig Forums wants you to believe she is. She's talked about the negative impact of the tropes for men, as well, and there's some decent points in there.

The most interesting thing about her is not her videos or her work, but the reaction that her trying to make them has garnered. Her videos did not convince me there's sexism in the industry, but her attempt to make them did prove there's a lot of sexism in the player base.

Actually that's not true, I watched a video of hers and it was about a Hitman game, and she claimed that the game rewards you for killing some random strippers. I realised that her criticism isn't really aimed at people who actually play video games, so I stopped watching.

I did watch a few back in the day. They were just shit.

I watched a few of her videos years ago. I agreed with some of her points, but I couldn't shake the feeling that some of her conclusions were being repeated verbatim from her sources. It was something about arbitrarily gender marketed toys (e.g. "Lego is for boys").

I had to stop watching because of her editing style, rather than anything political, but I don't remember what got under my skin.

Not even gonna try, even views give things relevance. I also know her brand of feminism is objectively harmful to society. I am not writing a college paper here but let's just say society is like a battle and morale plays an important factor. Her views make things hopeless for men and lower their productivity, they also discourage people from having children which are vital. In the perfect social women have some rights to prevent men for being complacent, but not have their heads wrapped against good working family men for a hollow life of wine and social media focused travel. On the entertainment level things are better when the audience gender is separated like back in the 80s/90s, video games are for men and sexy female characters are entertaining which lowers stress.
