is just make-believe shit. Both machines sport VERY similar cpus. If one can't hit 60 fps, the other won't be able either. And if the sxs can hit 4k60, then the ps5 will be able to as well, although they might upscale the image from like 1800p.
Picture quality will be the main difference, not framerate.
