It is really easy to fuck up, but it's also really easy to look up information about how to avoid that stuff. Tons of guides and tips on the web.

I replaced the fan on my power supply when it was making weird noises it wasn't hard. If you can read instructions or watch a YouTube video you don't have any excuse.

There are very few places where you can truly fuck up but if you fuck them up then it’s a big deal (processor related stuff mostly).

The hardest part about building a PC is troubleshooting DOA parts since that happens more often than you’d think.
