How you would buff spy without making it op.
In my opinion they should buff revolver damage to shotgun damage, this would make spy more fun to play against, while at the same time encouraging good positioning and a plan.

Well. It would be like a shotgun where you need pinpoint accuracy to make it work, it wouldn't do instakills because nearly every class has better weapons than you, so you need to be sneaky and try to kill them in a way that doesn't attract his attention.
Another thing, spy it's designed with instakills in mind, so having a revolver would make it less annoying, because you could have a chance to fight against him
Another thing you need to know, shotguns do 90 at point blank, damage rampup exists in the revolver.
i can kinda see both sides on amby. it is pretty bullshit to eat a crit from halfway across the map from a non sniper class, but if the spy can fucking hit your head pixels from that range than he kinda deserves it

Last i played a few days ago, they're much easier to kick and they can't spam endlessly anymore, but if you're on a low population server then you can expect a constant stream of bots to come in as you kick them, unlike full lobbies where there's not enough room for them
Turn friendly fire on by default on every server.

Make stealth headshots a thing, whereby you get a damage bonus on headshots if the target wasn't looking in your direction.
Have it so all his guns have this and change the ambassador so that it's stats if that it's the best for doing stealth headshots.

Load of people would argue he needs a buff even though heavy+medic combos already cause pub games to go to shit. If anything it needs to be addressed the extent to which he's basically the biggest anti-fun class, probably the worst in terms of being both unfun to play as or against. Seems to me the answer is to give him an actually good secondary weapon (as in weapon, not fucking food) that doesn't encourage him to just be a walking turret that people have to peak shots at all the time. Thing is you're then guaranteed to get faggots crying that they can't do precisely that anymore.
