Now that the dust has settled...

Now that the dust has settled, can we admit that Abby was a much more sympathetic character than Ellie and that her killing Joel was understandable?

we've already discussed this
Zig Forums conclusion was that Joel was in the wrong all along

Ellie was always a one note McGuffin and her girlfriend was even duller. I enjoyed kicking the shit out of her in the theater.

No.

Abby should have killed Ellie.

50/50
It's neutral

This.

Ellie's actions and way of thinking didn't have too much logic to begin with, which is a shame since I expected a better character development.
Abby killing Joel wasn't the problem. I didn't like a character that most people loved on the first game was killed like a dog at the beginning of the second one.
And things like 'Joel had it coming' could be also applied to 'The fireflies had it coming' too.
There's no good or bad in a world where the line of morality is blurry.

White man
bad
kill

fuck this game

>Zig Forums conclusion was that Joel was in the wrong all along
even if you though Joel was wrong having some steroid tranny come out of no where to go golfing was retarded

We had this thread yesterday

i didint care for any of these bitches.

>steroid tranny
She is already confirmed to not be a tranny. Just a rage fueled she hulk
Lev is the (reverse) tranny

>People browse Zig Forums 24/7 and are fully aware of all the threads made the day before

abby and ellie are both pathetic in this garbage

Both of them were hellish, the story isn't about which one is slightly less hellish than the other.

The writers didn't intend for Abby to be good, she's obviously deeply flawed up until the last moment, same with Ellie. Both characters are only redeemable in the final scene when they both decide to call it quits

No and fuck you. Do not post ever again.

>Ellie is illogical
Elaborate
>you could blame the fireflies the same way
Absolutely not, since Ellie volunteered. Joel was the only one who disagreed with the situation enough to act.

ellie didn't volunteer to be killed though

>Ellie volunteered
They took her to the surgery room while unconscious. They didn't tell her the operation would kill her
And the sad thing is that if they did tell her, she would have accepted

TLou2 proved the vaccine was unnecessary, so Joel was in the right

Neil you tried to hard with Abs, I understand tho, her introduction makes redeeming her really difficult.
Anyways, no, she is a pshyco.

>the vaccine was unnecessary
wut?

She wanted to help by any means necessary and if they told it would’ve killed her she still would’ve done it. Ellie just wanted some meaning from existence, while Joel just wanted some love/peace from existence. Joel did what he did to serve himself and Ellie (from his POV). I’m glad they elaborated on how their relationship became stilted and fractured afterwards, also goes well with the idea of being a teenager and being a dick to your dad.

It was basically a daddy killing revenge story.

Joel killed Abby's dad, and Abby killed Ellie's "dad".

Maybe the real treasure was the friends we made along the way?

she's cute

>if they told it would’ve killed her she still would’ve done it
They didn't know that. All of this could've been averted if they just waited for her to wake up and told her the operation would kill her

>if they told it would’ve killed her she still would’ve done it
Yeah, but they didn't, so her father figure take the decission for her.

Ellie is the dyke. Abby is a straight woman

Nobody cares whether or not she is sympathetic. She's a woman head with a man's body and that's all she is. She butted in with politics and overtook a story that could've been told between Ellie and Joel, the main reason people liked TLoU 1.

It's funny how they use Collen Fotsch body and some qt visual artist face.

>Abby glad-to-kill-babies Anderson
>sympathetic
lolno

>politics

>Ellie actually killed a baby williams
>Sympathetic
lolno

Very interesting, Sony
