Dialogue checks, gives you more time during time dialogue choices, recoil control, accuracy, ADS time and length, etc. It seems more like a QoL stat dump thing since they've posed it as a mostly roleplay skill, which makes sense since it's also that in the TT. The backgrounds inform choices in the game and how V acts. That nigger saying the "story is linear" as if this is true.
