Depends if you wanna go Hardmode/End game. You can stick to a single vocation, but if you need to raise a particular stat faster, then you may need to switch and play as that one for a while. Its annoying I know, especially when you don't have all the gold and materials you need to make the equipment for that class.

I beat this game week ago and almost did all achievements too. What the fuck do I play now? I have played Dark souls and Skyrim and such

Indeed. Unless you're a super passive player, Mage is officially the Pawn-only class. Although I do suggest you play it some to get the levitation spell. It kinda lets you pull off some bull shit later on.
Play it again, try doing a rusted sword run. DD is one of those rare mythical games where if you keep a really shit weapon from the start of the game and level it up, it unironically becomes one of the strongest items in the game. Maybe play Monster Hunter if you wanna fight more monsters that you can climb on.

You don't really need to. Game can be comfortably beat at level 40 for the maingame and 60 for BBI. Damage mostly comes from equipment than stats. Minmaxing is just for hard mode (which isn't worth it unless you really want the challenge)

Here's a full body. I tried to lean into the more 'short stack' depiction of her by giving her wider hips. But I think I went too big. Like I said its right at the start of the game so I can easily just start all over.

Any ideas for better suiting vocations?

Nothing really matches her mask well, Siegfried Mask is the closest that even inches toward the style of her mask in terms of shading. As for the rest, giver her silk lingerie. and maybe some bracelets to give her jewelry and scale greaves. You want her torso and legs exposed as much as possible if you want her Imp form.

You can find some of the stuff I mentioned in the "Maiden Set", but you can find several jewelry peices for arms and I think even legs. As for the Siegfried mask, you gotta fuck with the Ur Dragon for that.

Oh and the Wyrmfire Vizard is probably an easier alternative to getting a mask than the Siegfried Mask, but it's red.

What weapons and skills should I give her? And should I change her vocation later on? If so, what should it be?

As for Chest Clothing, you might want to go with Silver Chestplate, Hard Leather Plate, or Fine Cassardi Shirt.

Chest Armor is tricky, you want her torso exposed as much as possible IMO, there are so many peices for chest armor that it's hard to remember if there are any that would be good for the Midna look.

As for class and weapons, make her a sorcerer, mage, or strider.
