I didn’t know this game looked like this all maxed out on pc
Looks miles better than anything today and it’s over 7 years old

Consoles were a mistake

Yes there should be a sequel
wtf i never knew this came out on pc
Praising the graphics while ignoring the dogshit gameplay, just what I expect from PCnigs
The gameplay is fine you dildo sucking fag
It's also barely a game
Consoles are the ones who support the vidya industry. PC-fucks are leeches.
Ryse is a perfectly decent game that unfortunately got caught up in a bunch of console war nonsense. It's nowhere near Crytek's best work, but it's the closest a game has ever come to Gladiator.
What is actually wrong with Ryse's combat? It's a servicable hack and slash with a fair bit of Hellblade overlap.
Good taste user. Those breast physics were kino and unparalleled at the time.
All style with almost no substance.
I just beat it after getting it for 2 dollars on the steam sale. I just wanted it to be over because I grew tired of the combat being so bland.
that's not what a hack and slash is, that's Diablo and clones
The PC version glitches sometimes but it is very good.
truly an underrated game.
sad there's no sequel
>dogshit gameplay
it has bamham combat.
how is that bad?
It was tech demo the game but and had it's issues but it was fun. Then again got it for free.
>HEY LOOK AT ME I'M A CONTRARIAN ZOOMER DO I LOOK INTERESTING NOW AND CAN FIT IN?!?!?!?
The technological creativity leads to historical flaccidity
Piss off faggot, I can already tell you're a weebshitter who expected this to be some cuhrazzhjy DMC type shit but this is an accurate representation of fights during the Empire of Rome, not fantasy hacknslay with flying skateboards and ass-aliens.
zoom-zoom pls go
please tell me how anything you just said addresses the problem of "Bamham combat is just spamming X to win"
Is there any good moments in Roman history that'd make good games?
fun linear game. I enjoyed the gladiator mode as well but stopped because the grinding was ridiculous. Still play it on my Xbox One x, shame it never got a 4k patch. Not every fucking game needs a ridiculous skill tree with hundreds of fetch quests.
it's not spamming X to win because when you fight a group you will have to keep looking for attackes to counter attacks, and if they have shields you will have to jump over them or avoid, and if you are facing an armored or armed ones you have to press another button to stun them before attacking and you can use gadgets to help you.
stop following your retarded poketubers who don't know how to play games, zoomer
>Go to store page
>Notice I already own it
!!!
I'll install it now cheers op
Shame Capcom never made a sequel to this one.
This is what pisses me off with retards buying 2080 TIs and still getting 50FPS on some games.
Ryze would run well on a Titan GPU, which is equivalent to a $150 card today. Yet the game surpasses every other game out even today 7 years later.
its super linear
Fuck yeah that shit was kino. I should play it again. Thanks for reminding me OP.
i'd love a kind of political thriller story heavy game set around 134 bc where you play as tiberius gracchus until you get beat to death by your fellow senators and have to play as your brother gaius for the final half of the game
theres lots of roman political intrigue that doesn't make it past shitty HBO drama adaptations
plenty
Holy shit. Forgot this game existed completely.
Ryse is pretty much fantasy/sci fi hybrid tough. Especially colosseum is pretty much sci fi and it's story has some weird unexplained fantasy shit.
Only good looking games are PlayStation exclusives now tbqh. I never saw a PC game that looks as good as NuGoW or Uncharted 4. Good hardware can't hire artists.

kek is this your fist UE4 game?
