I said for games. Movies similiar to Become Human can be run at 24 FPS it doesn't matter much but games should be 60 FPS minimum on next gen.

For example Ratchet and Clank is an action game but it runs at 30 fps on PS5 and it looks absolutely disgusting especially with all those explosion/particles everywhere and 9000 enemies on screen.
