To be fair, they just gave us like two seasonal banners with units powercrept to hell and back, let's appreciate that they probably planned on mostly everyone skipping on this.

Heroes could've been great but IntSys did every wrong step there is with a gacha.

At the very least it's 80 free infantry flowers, I'm free rolling colorless just in the hopes of getting a Lena so I don't have to suffer through getting one later. It took me ages to get an Echidna

I am so fucking indifferent to this entire banner, honestly. It feels so slapdash and lazily put together, and there's 50 different things they could have done to make it actually feel special but they didn't do any of them. The OC boss that isn't even more rollable than every character on the banner combined.

Genuinely have no idea what the fuck they were thinking with the fucking Resonant Battles. Jesus fuck, what an unmitigated fucking disaster. It is like they went out of their way to make that game mode as miserable as they could possibly make a non-pvp gamemode..
Limited tries? Check.
Shitty rewards? Check
Deployment restrictions? Check.
Bloated stats? Check.
Units you have to whale for if you want to do well in that gamemode that are useless for other gamemodes? Fucking Check.
Proactively nerfing stategies that should be effective for that gamemode to ensure you buy their whalebait? Check and check.

If there's one thing that kind of baffles me about Heroes is that they don't give you the option to play with Japanese voices in battle. How hard is it to have a English interface with JP dialogue? At least for shit like FGO, it makes sense for it to not even bother going the dub route since the Western fanbase didn't want it. You'd probably get some extra money out of it for the folks who are hardcore seiyuu fans just but having the option there at least.

It's kind of a minor nitpick but it feels weird when a less successful Nintendo mobile gacha like Dragalia Lost has that option at the very least, maybe Cygames has some other stuff going on there or just IS being low effort.

What I find most bizarre is how garbage they're making a lot of the Grail units when the grails are the prime incentive to bother with AR, i.e. the biggest whalebait mode. Kid Minerva's the only decent one in months.

And the worst part is that it is here to stay, otherwise the retarded whales who spent hundreds to instantly +10 Summer Mia for esports will feel cheated. Every single mode needs a serious revamp already. Arena Assault shouldn't even be 7 whole fights long with how fucking frustrating it has become, and let's not talk about the piece of shit that is Resplendent Battles, their horrendous maps and RNG-filled bullshit.

Honestly that's my experience 90% of the time outside of the teams I have with Echoes members in it, but I guess it's still a valid question to ask.

Maybe you, but myself I'm fucking tired of hearing Wendee Lee and her horrible overacted voice whenever I use Vero or Sophia.

Not to mention they cut down on the availability of allegiance battles to make way for resonant battles... for some reason. What was the fucking point.

Also the fucking bandaid patch for arena scoring that was the duel skills that are already obsolete, and they can never fix any further because it would make the skills worthless, and thus piss people off who rolled for them.

It's okay, new units will come with Duel 4 skills :^) seriously, though, can Arena scoring finally become like other modes where you have a set max score? Fuck score fishing.
