Postal 2 seems like a pretty accurate America simulator to me. Only played the demo because being a murderous yahoo doesn't come naturally to civilised people.

Honestly meant intangible but was too busy to think my sentence out more thuroughly. It is still fictional in some sense though. You can declare bankruptcy to clear it, which is probably the last resort. You aren't actually forced to pay off your debt, unless you owe it to the government. It is so pointless that a hospital will more than likely turn a $4k bill into $400 if you are willing to pay that $400. You can live with it with minimal consequences such as not being able to get your dream vehicle and dream house, but then again if you can't pay off your debt then realistically you wouldn't be buying that shit anyway. Hell, change your phone number to a different area code and ignore calls from that area code then you will never deal with debt collectors. Actually that last one works really well with other annoying calls too. I'm talking as someone who went from having medical bills during a period where I was laid off and uninsured to having over an 800 credit score a few years later. Well not anymore now that I bought an $80k truck...

Obesity isn't something you cure with a hospital, which is what this conversation is about. Obesity is something you choose. However, look at shit like cancer. Something you DON'T choose. If you get cancer, your best chance at surviving is to be in the US.

We understand that after a certain point, a person simply has nothing left to contribute to society. A long life is nowhere near as much of a priority as a short life with a higher quality of living.
