its too late bro...

I used these and had to amputate my hands

lmao i have played videogames my entire life and never had any of these gay problems.
get fucked hand-lets.

>being a wrist gamer shitter
lmao

How are you typing then?

I've been playing Diablo 2, WC3, SC2 since I was a kid and have been playing high apm games with high mouse movement for almost 15 years now, never had carpal tunnel or any other side effect (my vision is also 20/20)

Powerball looks like a mean fidget spinner

I have carpal tunnel and tinnitus, it's not that bad, you get used to it unless you're the type of person who thinks depression is a debilitating mental illness and not the default state of being of the modern man.

I use my penis and my nose

>memeballs
>padding
Ew

Its almost as if the pivot point is... the wrist?
Huh
Amazing huh?
That must mean it must have something to do with....
You guess user

Please tell me what I think is going on in this image, is not.

This has to be fake. Please tell me this is fucking fake. No one would be that retarded to do something like this would they?

only weak people get carpal
its exactly what you think it is

wat
these images make no sense

Shiit I've had the power ball for well over a decade, I didn't know it helped with carpal tunnel

Calimed an accident and stuck his hands in dry ice so he could have doctors amputate them

furry ""accidentally"" puts his hands in dry ice while falling asleep.

Good to know someone would do such a thing.

>noooo stop taking precautions, that's bad because... it's just bad okay!

Isn't RSI called OOS now? Although the latter sounds worse

So squeezing that thing helps avoid carpal tunnel?

I don't get the first one, what's it tell me to do?

Already have a powerball (pictured model), bought it a few weeks ago

In fact I was spinning it right now when I clicked this thread

what do you do with these?
you sneak them up your ass and let them vibe?

yes

How is it? Does it make your wrist feel better?

It's got a heavy gyroscopic core, mine's made of solid zinc and its rated to go up to 16,000 RPM and 40lbs of resistance even though it weighs about half a pound

You wind it up via a built-in spring and release, and the inner core will start spinning at about 3,000 RPM, then you hold it in your hand via the outer shell and start rotating your wrist as if swirling a wine glass until you feel the gyroscopic motion resisting your wrist movement, once that happens you can either stay at the same speed or start rotating faster which will increase the RPM and therefore the resistance

It's actually a pretty impressive piece of technology and it's recommended a lot for rehab due to being low-impact isometric exercise that you can do one-handed while sitting down (so you can be doing something else at the time like using a computer), I have poor motor control and this thing has actually noticeably improved my arm function

Basically think of it as a fidget toy that also doubles as a light arm workout, mine also has a LCD on it that lets me know my RPM "high score", currently sitting just above 7,000, which is significantly higher than I started and a testament to how my arm muscles have been improving since stronger muscles can spin it faster

Yes actually, see Just don't overdo it because it can make you sore as fuck, you can do slow spinning for as long as you want but trying to go hard on it for an extended period of time will tire your arm out pretty quickly

Eat more protein, veggies and lift faggot

Why are people implying he did it deliberately? Why would someone do that?

Dot at left side of bandage that is around bar is an anchor point. You keep it stationary there and move the side that is indicated by the arrows.
These seem to be exercises to stretch and strengthen the wrist, to prevent problems. But i'D do more reading into these before trying them out blindly. Maybe, with carpal tunnel syndrom you should not do a certain type of movements.

Paws.

>still saying gay
You are under 30 and will start to get problems in your mouse hand as you approach 31

The NSD ones are the legit ones you should buy, right?

I already got rheumatoid arthitis in every joint in my body, i'm past the point of caring.

you think you're past the point of caring, but then you'll realize that you shouldn't have stopped caring once it hits you

hold your thumb in your fingers and flick your wrist up and down. If you feel a stretch you will have arthritis in your later years

This, is a scam. Hands aren't even real. I've never seen one.especially black ones in front of ps4 games
