The artist doesn't have a lot of practice, so they've yet to iron out a lot of art kinks, like how you don't draw little details like the philtrum with the same brush size as the rest of the body (if at all); you don't draw the inside of the eyelids at such a distance; if you're going to draw anime eyes with more detailed noses then you better have a good handle of both separately, etc.
