I have a question. The last console I owned was the PS1, so forgive me if it's a stupid one. I looked into the xbox gamepass games, and it looks ridiculously good. I currently have a laptop with a gtx 1060 6gb, so I'm really not sure what I should do for this upcoming gen, I could build a PC but I'm kinda broke for this next year because it's my last year of college, so I'm also considering, for the first time, buying a console.

How good is PSNow nowadays? I heard it was shit when it released because most games were stream-only and it didn't have many, but now apparently it's improved a lot. How does it compare to xbox? I kinda want to buy a ps5 as well because of the exclusives, but xbox gamepass looks so ridiculously good, and it has better hardware. I legit gave the list of games a quick look and there are ~50 games that I didn't play and are in my backlog.

psnow is cheaper if you compare standard prices, but gamepass is cheaper if you use the current $1 upgrade deal. ps now has a lot of good games, but you have to stream most of the library and it's shit. you won't be getting any new games on there. game pass will get day 1 xbox releases. series x will probably be cheaper too, with no paid multiplayer, and probably a monthly payment option for the console.
