It's obvious that it's a combination of understaffing, bias and lazyness all masked as "justafiable" excuses. Even the fucking b4k archives are laughing at him because whenever you go there, the thread that originally kicked this whole thing off is smack dab on the front page of the site. These mods are as corrupt as corrupt can be and when they do end up stating their reasonings is chuckle worthy.

The problem with bethesda-style open-world games is that having every place enterable/explorable/interactive means the size and scope of cities will always end up being absolutely cucked. And most fans of these games are so retarded that they would just complain anyway if the cities were made bigger but with the same number of accessible locations, demanding that every single building in a city with 200 buildings be enterable with unique NPCs and locations.

Just look at how everyone complains about DC in FO3. What they did with breaking off DC into smaller sections of accessible areas that make you feel like you're popping in and out of ruined locations was absolutely the way to go. Sure, the metros were dull and samey, but the idea was fundamentally solid. But people complained about it because they thought it'd be realistic to render and design an entire goddamn downtown city
