Other than a computer, a high end phone is the winner. It feels good to be able to play actual videogames on a phone because of its super convenient and I can spare the embarrassment of pulling out an actual gaming device in public. I was able to finish like 60 Sonic games on my phone

You can play pretty much anything except PSP/Vita on 3DS and DS/3DS on Vita. So basically it depends on whether you're a snoyfag or a basedtendofag.
