If anything I think games are getting better aside from some worrisome trends borne mostly from consoles (such as less dedi server support) and the fact I think comparing games to sports is rather insulting to athletes and embarrassing to players.

I've never built a PC in my life but my autistic brother mentioned to me he wants a PC but doesn't know how to go around it. He said he set aside some of his money but doesn't know what to buy. Is it really that hard? I've watched tonnes of building videos and I think I have a sort of a grasp on how to assemble the thing. But researching for what parts can be a bit of a work. But still, to me it isn't that complex like how people are saying. Just don't put on tonnes of thermal paste, make sure you're grounded to not have static or someshit. And make sure your tower fits the parts that you're trying to fit in there.
