Gotta be the angry chained ogre here. Still havent picked the game back up.
Its okay though because Ghost of Tsushima does the same shit a hundred times better.

First it was the flaming bull. The. It was Jenichiro, I was so pissed when he started his third form.

None.

None, because I don't play shitty Fromsoft "ITS EPIC BECAUSE ITS HARD" games.

An actual cope wtf

None. I learned combat mechanics mostly in the first few hours and lucked out in getting mikiri counter cause it sounded good cause spear enemies were the only nuisance

I had to cheese sword saint isshin my first playthrough so him ig, but in going for all the endings i got gud and shit on him ng+3

>got filtered by the first boss in the game
is this bait?

Who actually says souls/sekiro are hard outside complete normie casual gamers and journalists? They arent fucking hard unless you literally have somekind of learning problems

The dumb monkey. I learned the entire game, was pretty proud of myself about managing the counter mechanic and then... The monkey kills you by throwing shit at you and everything you learned is thrown out the window and it's dumb hit and run. Quit the game there

I don’t remember if I beat lady butterfly or not. I think I did but that’s around where I dropped it
Fought the bull and the ogre 10 times and lady butterfly around five times when I realized I’d rather spend my limited free time playing other games

sword saint filtered me for the longest tim, though i was unaware of the lightning redirect despite the game showing the tutorial to me hours earlier.

Demon of Hatred, but I came back a bit later and finally beat him. Now I can style on every boss.

POOED

one that filtered me the most? fucking armored warrior, spent ages trying to figure out what animation frame you're supposed to strip his armor on. friend told me i was supposed to knock him off the fucking stage, it's the most brainlet i've ever felt playing a game.

you're supposed to beat Lady Butterfly before the chained ogre and the bull, that's why you got filtered so easily.

They're epic because of the great art direction and boss fights. None of them are hard after playing any fighting or real action game.

None.
Maybe you should keep playing minecraft instead, sweaty.

I got through the whole game just fine until the demon of hatred.
That shit was wack.

Attached: 1592045940841.jpg (1280x720, 142.97K)

You never learned the game

to be fair that fight is basically tryiing to trigger a scripted event and it's kind of finnicky.
I did it practically by accident on my first playthrough and then had trouble recreating it on my 2nd despite knowing what to do.

Don't feel bad, it's really not an actual fight.

the fucking ape

The boss I died to the most was the Great Ape Rape. Sekiro is SeKINO though, I needed to get better, the failure was my own.

I think I fought the bull 5 times before I found the firecracker thing
Hell I beat lady butterfly’s first form every time I fought her. It was just her second form fucking me up

I beat most bosses on my first try.

>"ITS EPIC BECAUSE ITS HARD"
Only normalfags think these games are hard, they literally give you unlimited continues and you can farm heals and exp.
But when your frame of reference is fucking Skyrim and Uncharted your tolerance for dying is pretty low.

demon of hatred NG+2 charmless

he's only wack if you stay in the Sekiro mindset, because he's literally a Bloodborne boss.
So as long as you can readjust quickly to that style of combat he's really easy.

It's fun to think just how much Sekiro is a shake-up of the formula to screw with DaS/BB players but then at the very end it goes back to that formula to screw with Sekiro players.

That is what fucked me up, I never really played much of souls except for beating bloodborne so sekiro just clicked with me instantly, then getting up to that boss it was a smack in the face of everything I learned throughout the entirety of sekiro.

>got filtered by the "just jump fucking lmao" boss
>not even an actual boss, just a miniboss to test the player if they've been paying attention to the game's lessons
>plays a different game but with the same setting to feel validated
you're only ousting yourself as a pissbaby

none. i'm not one to brag about beating games, but like, it wasn't that hard? and i am confused why the game is wellknown for being hard?

If I had to rank 3
1. Isshin
2. Demon of Hatred
3, Headless Ape

Isshin was who I got stuck on for the longest amount of time but Demon of Hatred was driving me up the wall.

some parts were definitely hard.
The headless in the cave on NG+ fucked me up like nothing else, literally any mistake and you're dead with a boss that can teleport and grapple you.

Owl Father for some reason took like 20-30 tries, despite me one-shotting Genichiro and Guardian Ape.

>But when your frame of reference is fucking Skyrim and Uncharted your tolerance for dying is pretty low.

What the fuck are you talking about, you die a fuckton in Uncharted. The frustration level in some segments is blood-boiling.

I'd probably go
1. Isshin
2. Butterfly
3. Headless Ape
because I beat Butterfly before progressing into the game so I made it a lot harder than it needed to be.

DoH didn't really give me any trouble, but I don't say that to gloat. That boss really is just a test of whether you can readjust back to Souls combat or not.

IMAGINE BEING THIS MUCH OF A SHITTER

Either bait or truly a textbook definition of coping.

>its okay though
are you coping, user ?

Attached: 1481728942858.jpg (292x257, 28.96K)

>Destructible walls on a bridge
>Untouchable enemy
Yeah if you can piece 2 and 2 together it seemed obvious

Attached: 1578799775678.gif (298x301, 1.81M)

Fuck this boss, I cheesed it every fucking run, I dont give two fucks about it.

The reason Dark Souls pisses me off isn't necessarily enemy difficulty but how everything seems to work against you.

Your attack swings are overcommitted as fuck and trying to dodge and failing results in WORSE damage than if you just stood there and ate the damage by itself. It ends up being something that requires perfect play because you get no assistance or tricks that help you as a player.

I mean DMC is hard but at least you have i-frames when you dodge roll.

Spear niggas. I beat the entire game several times but this guy was the first to really push my shit in.

Attached: seven-ashina-spears-shikibu-toshikatsu-yamauchi.jpg (1920x1080, 200.8K)

just use the fucking fire umbrella

She's the 2nd boss for most people

No boss filtered me
Learn the way of the cheese, that's how the ninja plays

i was stuck in Isshin like 2 months.

Yeah that guy!

Yeah, I think universally, Isshin is the boss everyone struggled with the most, but it seems like everyone had their issues with different bosses while having an easy time with others.

Good luck collecting enough snap seeds before then lol.

You have iframes in dark souls too?
I’m someone that’s never finished sekiro and has thousands of hours across the other souls games. Once you memorize enemy attack patterns it’s over

Jesus Christ is this real
