The thing that makes this game repetitive is the open world aspect of it without the changing landscapes and the fuck load of missions that you need to travel to in order to trigger. You spend a lot of minutes traveling to the same place with a different name; And that makes your journey all the more non-sensical. Granted, every side quest is original but still, there's just too much walking going on in the same terrain for it to have it's stay welcome. The only place I know that has a different terrain is the place with the minotaur. It could have been goat desu

Let's be honest, he pretty much is. The "Kassandra is the canon protagonist" is just virtue signaling. Every single piece of major marketing starred Alexios, the cover has Alexios on it, so many aspects of the game make zero sense with Kassandra (being spartan soldier, Olympics, etc) and majority of the player base chose Alexios. I like Kassandra but them coming out well after the game's release to say "by the way Kassandra is totally the canon protagonist guys!" was just sad desperation to appeal to a certain crowd.

Playing Ghosts of Tsushima has made me realize how shit Origins and Odyssey were honestly. The combat is so fucking boring, and the world feels soulless.

I like that in Valhalla, the MC's both have the same name so we can only assume that both are canon. Which should have what happened in Odyssey

I played this game purely because she was in it, and she has basically ruined other protagonists for me by having the sexiest face and accent in any video game ever.

I beat Origins and played way too much of Odyssey. Tsushima is just genuinely a better game, and I hope Ubi sees it and makes their shit better. Sucker Punch showed them up

Kassandra was hot, wish they gave her better lower body proportions though. She needed to have tree trunk thighs and a fat ass. Game itself was entertaining though a bit too grindy, Haven't tried the DLC yet.

Play as Alexios for a VA that shows the character maturing over time, and playing male suits the setting. Then without spoiling much, you still get her in the game but in a role she's much, much more effective in.

The first DLC is okay, wraps things up well enough if you're invested in the story. The Greek afterlife DLC is mostly shit, pretty to look at times but boring and unfun. The Atlantis portion is boring and unfun, and shows how bland and uninspired their ideas for the first civilization are. The city looks okay at a distance, though.
